Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 1, 2026
This website, niftyfindsdaily.com (the "Site"), is owned and operated by Berry Leads LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us" or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit the Site, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. By using the Site, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
We do not require you to create an account to read the Site. If you contact us by email, through our contact form (which opens your own email app) or by phone, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number and the contents of your message.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting and content delivery providers automatically receive certain technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring web page, pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, and the dates and times of your visits. This information is typically recorded in server logs.
Cookies and similar technologies
We, and partners acting on our behalf, may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage and similar technologies. These may include:
- Essential technologies that help the Site load, stay secure and function properly.
- Analytics technologies that help us understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the Site, such as which guides are popular, so we can improve it.
- Advertising and affiliate technologies that help partners know that a visit or purchase came from our Site, measure the performance of advertising, credit us with commissions, and in some cases show you more relevant ads on other websites.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. Blocking some cookies may affect how certain features or partner sites work.
2. How we use information
- To operate, maintain, secure and improve the Site.
- To respond to your questions, requests and feedback.
- To understand how readers use our content and to plan new guides.
- To work with affiliate and advertising partners, including measuring clicks, conversions and commissions.
- To detect, prevent and address fraud, abuse, security issues and technical problems.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.
3. Affiliate links, advertising partners and featured offers
The Site contains affiliate links and advertisements. When you click a link to a retailer, advertiser or other third party, that party (and the affiliate network or tracking provider that connects us) may collect information about your click and any resulting purchase, and may set its own cookies or use similar technologies. This is how partners attribute sales and pay commissions. Their collection and use of information is governed by their own privacy policies, not this one. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any site you visit. Read our Affiliate & Advertising Disclosure to learn more about how the Site earns money.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share information in the following situations:
- Service providers that host the Site, deliver content, provide analytics, handle email or otherwise help us operate, under obligations to protect the information.
- Affiliate and advertising partners as described above, which may receive technical information such as click identifiers, device and browser information, and IP address.
- Legal and safety reasons, when we believe disclosure is required by law, subpoena or legal process, or necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of us, our readers or others.
- Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business or assets.
- With your consent or at your direction.
Under some US state laws, allowing advertising partners to collect information through cookies and similar technologies for targeted (cross-context behavioral) advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. You can opt out as described below.
5. Your choices
- Cookies: adjust your browser settings to block or delete cookies.
- Interest-based ads: many advertising companies offer opt-out tools through industry programs, and mobile devices offer settings to limit ad tracking.
- Global Privacy Control: where required by law, we treat a recognized Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for that browser.
- Do Not Track: there is no common industry standard for "Do Not Track" browser signals, and the Site does not currently respond to them, other than as described for Global Privacy Control.
- Email: if you correspond with us, you can ask us at any time to stop contacting you.
6. US state privacy rights
Depending on where you live, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon and other states with consumer privacy laws, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information, subject to legal exceptions:
- Right to know and access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties we disclose it to.
- Right to delete personal information we have collected from you.
- Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
- Right to data portability, meaning a copy of your information in a portable format.
- Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, targeted advertising, and certain profiling.
- Right to limit the use of sensitive personal information, where applicable. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information through the Site.
- Right to non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.
California notice
In the past 12 months, the categories of personal information we may have collected include identifiers (such as IP address and, if you contact us, name and email address), internet or other electronic network activity (such as browsing and interaction with the Site), approximate geolocation derived from IP address, and the contents of communications you send us. We collect this information from you, your device and our service and advertising partners, for the purposes described in Section 2. We may disclose identifiers and internet activity to analytics, affiliate and advertising partners, which may constitute "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. We retain each category only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes. California residents may also request information about disclosures for direct marketing purposes under California Civil Code Section 1798.83.

We will verify your request using information reasonably necessary to confirm your identity, which may include confirming your email address. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may ask for proof of the agent's authority and to verify your identity directly. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
Appeals
If we decline to take action on your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision or emailing us with the subject line "Privacy Appeal". We will respond to your appeal within the time required by law. If you are not satisfied with the result, you may contact your state attorney general.
7. Children's privacy
The Site is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
8. Data retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to comply with legal, accounting or reporting obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Visitors outside the United States
The Site is operated in the United States and intended for visitors in the United States. If you visit from another country, your information will be processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
10. Third-party websites
The Site links to websites and services we do not own or control. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Your use of third-party sites is subject to their own terms and policies.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be highlighted on this page. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
